We reached out to Pam a few weeks before our wedding. We were planning a surprise beach wedding, where our mothers would be the guests of honor. We were originally scheduled to be married in May in New Orleans, but had to cancel due to COVID-19. In addition, my father passed away due to COVID in April. All in all, a rough year.

I explained our 2020 trials to Pam, and within moments felt an instant connection with her. Our banter was organic, and it was incredibly comforting. We are both originally from the northeast, though she’s from Boston and I’m from New York. We teased one another about our respective sports teams and cemented our bond.

Pam helped guide us as to choosing a location on Navarre beach, as well as helping source local suggestions for food, salons, traffic and more. Pam knew our goal was to spoil our moms, and because of her input, we found a good nail salon and stores to shop at. It certainly made us and our mothers happy!

Pam remained in touch up until the ceremony. She joined our group and the fit was seamless. She beautifully read the wedding ceremony script we wrote, and appeared beautifully in our pictures.

After the ceremony, Pam gave both of our moms homemade masks. She made a New York Yankees mask for my mother, a super sweet and invaluable thoughtful touch, as well as a pretty pink mask for my mother-in-law. She even helped us celebrate with a sweet gift of champagne.

Pam took our marriage license and mailed it, sending us a picture of the envelope as she dropped it off. Then days later, when Hurricane Zeta hit New Orleans, she continually checked in, making sure we were safe and sound. We received a thoughtful note from her mailed to our home, which was so sweet.

All in all, Pam was instrumental in our special day. But beyond that, I felt how genuine and sincere she was, and truly feel like we have made a friend for life.

Pam is a gem. If you’re considering booking her to officiate your ceremony or help plan, you will not be disappointed. We are still over the moon, and will surely continue to be.

Pam is the true MVP! We could not have had such a perfect day without her help. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly day of as well as leading up to the big day. Pam was a delight to work with in planning our wedding at the Lighthouse in Pensacola. There were so many unknowns during the Covid-19 season in June. She was flexible and helped us considerably to make sure we had a wonderful day. Pam was amazing. We had plan A, B and plan C and Pam led the way! We ended up with the Blue angels flying over us while Pam was ministering! It was amazing. She also has an incredible price compared to others in the area! Thanks so much Pam!

Pam Rodgerson was a complete delight to work with! She and I communicated by cell, text and met in person prior to my son's beach wedding in Gulf Shores, AL. She drove from Pensacola, FL to ensure our dreams would come true bringing this wedding together. She made great suggestions that I would not have known to ask about. She was always accessible and made the wedding complete. She suggested and performed the Sand Ceremony which was very endearing and memorable. She even held my son accountable when he was going in to kiss his bride but she had not announced the new Mr. and Mrs. yet. She said not yet Curtis :) She announced them and then told him he could kiss his bride! Priceless!!! Pam also loves Red Velvet cupcakes!!! Pam was referred to us by Sandy McDavid at Palaofox at the Wharf, Pensacola. And, so glad she was! I don't know what I would have done without her -- she kept me sane! Pam is awesome. Very communicative -- always answered texts, calls and emails timely. Our meetings were very productive because she took the time to listen to our ideas and thoughts and answered our questions. Extremely professional and can work with all kinds of people/personalities. The morning of my daughter's wedding, I was worried about getting some things done in the time frame we needed to get them done. Pam calmed my nerves a bit and said "this is why you hired me". Pam is certainly thorough in her notes, questions, and timelines while assisting the bride and groom. She went above and beyond in wedding planning and marrying us recently! Pam met us at the venue a few times to discuss food, seating, decorations, timeline, etc. she really kept a tight lead on our timeline prior to our ceremony to help me feel more at ease. Thank you!! A Date to Remember! Pamela was an excellent officiant. She contacted me right away, she kept in touch before the wedding. She offered information on an out of state wedding. She had suggestions, ask me questions. She was very nice and was cheerful. Very reasonable on the cost. I would recommend A Date to Remember.

Pam is a trooper! She ran through the rain and lightning to meet us at our Plan B spot when the weather became rough at the time we were to meet outside. She is personable and talked to us before the ceremony as we were nervous and she helped calm us before she started. She rocks and will get the job done with warmth, poise, and personal attention to your plans.

My husband and I LOVE Pam. She married us on February 24th, 2018 ! We wanted something super small with just and 2 of our friends. She even allowed me to call my fathers during the ceremony since they weren't able to be in attendance, so they still were able to give me away. She was super responsive and punctual! Pam rocks! Pam was great during my Husband and I's ceremony. It was just a small one, but she spoke clearly and we didn't have any problems. If I were to do it all over again I would definitely choose her, she did an amazing job.

To be completely honest, my husband and I had absolutely no idea what we were doing when we were planning our wedding. We knew what we did and did not want for the most obviously questions but we knew we were missing some details but did not know what they were. That became abundantly clear when we started to have an abundance of questions from caterers that we simply had no answers for and were constantly feeling overwhelmed. I mention this because that absolutely changed when Pam came on board to help us coordinate our wedding. She knew exactly which questions to ask. We kept catching ourselves say "We never thought of that!" When we didn't have an answer or know where to start, she always had options for us to consider. During the planning process, she was always the breath of fresh air. The wedding day itself, I felt like I had nothing to worry about except when to say "I do." I knew Pam was taking care of everything in the background and she was. My wedding da y was perfect and the person I have to thank the most is Pam. Thank you!
