Your wedding day is the most special day of your life.  It should be a day full of memories for both you and your guests.  Having an expert by your side who specializes in wedding planning is a must.  At  A DATE TO REMEMBER  you will experience my passion and expertise as a wedding planner.  I have a proven ability to match the bride and groom's style and personality to the entire wedding setting and to provide a successful celebration for all involved. 

Decades of Experience

I have over 30 years of experience as a wedding planner and have served as a wedding officiate for over 30 years.

Whether your dream is a wedding on the beach at sunset or a romantic plantation celebration,  planning any type of wedding is my specialty.  I will work with you to meet all your expectations for your special day, while providing you and your family with a worry-free, stress-free experience. 

Ceremony Officiate

Your entire wedding day is about both of you being pronounced man and wife.  It is here that you require the  services of a wedding officiate, who can connect with you spiritually, emotionally, and personally.  As a creative wedding officiate, I promise to design your ceremony around both of you and take it to a new level with my experience and creative side.  My goal is to make the ceremony a perfect reflection of the two of you and a day to remember for the entire wedding party.

I was one of those brides who didn't think I would need a wedding planner or a coordinator, I could DIY most of it with my family right? I was way wrong. I can't imagine how I would have gone through these last 3-4 months without her. We were moving across the country to be relocated 2 weeks before the wedding and in the middle of buying a house, and also planning a surgery for my husband during the same 3 months when I hired Pam. She was an absolute saint, a breath of fresh air!! The things they DON'T prepare you for in all those 'wedding planning books' or 'pinterest lists', yep that's what Pam does and knows. She was extremely organized and knew absolutely everything about the entire wedding process from the budget and outlining costs, to what needed to get done by when, how to coordinate with my vendors, what to verify on my contracts, and her detailed timelines always helped communicate this to everyone involved in my wedding! Her experience and professionalism is beyond anything I imagined before I booked her on this website. I thought I was hiring a day of coordinator, and Pam did SO much more than just the day of.. The "Day Of" actually began a few months before so Pam can get to know you and all the details to really make your day perfect. She was just so helpful in every step of the wedding planning process, and made the 'Day OF' and the "Month OF" actually stress free!! She took such a personal interest in our wedding, learning every detail, every OCD thing I had to have a certain way and kept me organized when I did not even know I needed it. She knows the wedding industry more than any florists, banquet managers, caterer's or really anyone I had ever talked to. It was like going to the Pensacola Bridal Expo, with all of the knowledge from 1 person and not overwhelming. She even helped us coordinate with our church officiant because she does that as well. The only thing I regret was not booking Pam earlier than we did, it would have saved my mother-in-law and I a lot of grief and butting elbows!
